Pakistani has appointed Ms Rukia Nakadama the new consulate to Uganda

KAMPALA, Uganda, Pakistani has appointed Ms Rukia Nakadama as the ambassador to Uganda replacing the late Bonney Katumba. Ms Nakadama recently served as Uganda’s State Minister for Gender.

“As a new elected consulate, we have opened our new office in Ntinda. Pakistani has donated three ambulances to government with one ambulance stationed at office. In case you need the ambulance just call us for the service,” she said.

Speaking at the Pakistani day celebrations in Uganda at Golf Course Hotel, Kampala Friday August 18th, 2018 organized by Pakistani Society Uganda (PSU), Ms Nakadama called for unity among the Pakistani in Uganda. The event also dedicated to the newly elected Pakistani Prime Imran Khan.

The function was graced by Uganda Internal Affairs Minister Gen. J.J Odong and State Minister Foreign Affairs Mr Okello Oryem.

Mr Oryem urged the Pakistani to observe law and order in Uganda and to remine united.

“The last year when  I was at your annual celebrations, I told you it was my last time to attend your events when yo are divided. I am happy that you are now you are united. I look towards your Prime Minister visit Uganda soon. Pakistani has promised that soon they will open an office in Uganda soon,” he said.

Minister Mr Mr Malik Azar, senior member, PSU said the society is to drill bore holes in Uganda depending on demand.
